Frequently asked questions
How do I earn gems?
You get 1 gem for every 30 minutes of active play. The counter under your gem total shows when the next one arrives.
My vault is full. What now?
Tap the truck button on the right to call the money truck. It empties the vault so guards can store more cash.
Why did my staff stop working?
If you can't pay salaries, staff go on strike for a short time. Keep your income above your costs.
Do I earn while the game is closed?
Yes, once you've hired a Greeter. Offline earnings are capped by your Vault level.
How do I start over?
Open the Shop tab and tap Reset Bank. This can't be undone.
Is my progress backed up?
Progress is saved on your device only. Deleting the app deletes it.
